The minimum order is £20 plus £3.50 delivery within our current delivery area (20 mile radius of Great Sampford). However we will deliver free-of-charge to Great Sampford and are also happy for you to share the delivery charge with your neighbours or for multiple orders to one address (e.g. the office).

All goods must be paid for by cash, cheque, and debit/credit card at the point of delivery unless previously agreed otherwise. All goods are the property of The Food Folk until paid for in full.

Cheques for payment which are not honoured on presentation will incur a charge of £12.00 per presentation.

The goods are the responsibility of the customer once they have been paid for in full and delivered from The Food Folk, either to the customer or to their designated safe place. The Food Folk cannot take responsibility if your order is stolen and will make every effort to deliver where requested.

Claims for damaged, poor quality or wrongly delivered goods must be notified to The Food Folk within 24 hours of delivery otherwise they may not be considered.

To the best of our knowledge, the prices and sizes of products, as detailed on our website and in our brochure are correct at the time of writing. While every effort is made to ensure that prices are correct, The Food Folk reserves the right to vary these without notice as changes from supplier dictate.
